Help is available by clicking next to specific items.

For security reasons, please logout of USTAR when finished. USTAR is designed to logout after remaining on one page for 30 minutes. However, auto logout does not save data nor does it ensure the session has been closed.

If you start a report and cannot complete it within 30 minutes or need to stop before it is finished, click the Save & Quit button. Saved data can be retrieved for up to 30 days.

It is recommended reports and/or payments be submitted at least two business days prior to the due date to avoid unforeseen network problems that may result in interest and/or penalty.

Print Considerations: USTAR is used by many customers with different system configurations. The web page format and print may appear different from customer to customer. We suggest using the "Print Preview" option on your browser before printing. The "Print Preview" option is usually accessible by clicking "File" on your browser menu and then "Print Preview". If it appears information is missing, you may change your print option from portrait to landscape. This can usually be done from the "File" menu and then selecting the "Page Setup" option.
